2026 HOA Assessments per home are $1,200.00.

All Assessed Homes will be billed in 2026

Dear Homeowners;

Please be advised that statements have been issued for the 2026 $1200 assessment. All payments are due no later than June 1, 2026.  

Please take a few moments to register as a member at www.acmhome.com.

To Register, Please follow these steps:
1. Visit www.acmhome.com
2. Select “Homeowner Login”
3. Select “Click Here to Obtain Your Initial Login Information” as a first time user
4. Complete each field-then select “Get Initial Login Info”

Please note: If you are making an online payment through First Citizens bank, there will be 2 accounts listed as your previous management company also utilized this banking institution. Please be sure the account you select indicates American Community Management as the management company.

Should you have any questions, please login to the portal page at www.acmhome.com and submit a Resident Request.

Please remember that it is imperative that you pay your dues in a timely manner. Your dues pay for your trash removal, landscaping, utilities, insurance and other major improvements to our Community!
